I'm a coach for managers, leaders, and professionals, focused on the startup and scaleup world, with 8+ years of coaching experience. I'm based in London and work with clients globally.

Who I coach

Clients range from startup and scaleup Founders (Seed to Series C) and Executives, to Senior Leaders, early-stage Managers, and new professionals finding their footing – and everything in between.

Coaching journey

I began coaching in 2018 after experiencing the Hogan Assessments and seeing first-hand how powerful structured self-insight can be. I completed training in Australia and obtained a Professional Coach Certificate in the UK, joining the ICF.

How I coach

My approach is question-led rather than advice-led – it's a partnership aimed at helping you find your own clarity and grow into your potential, not at handing you answers. Some engagements follow a structured programme; others are built session to session around whatever's live for you. We'll agree what fits during the Discovery Call, and can adjust throughout to make sure it's working at its best.

Professional experience

13+ years in People (HR) and Talent (Recruitment), leading teams across tech startups in the UK and Australia. This background helps me understand the context my clients are working in, not just the coaching frame.

Outside of work

I'm a creative maker (I've glassblown, blacksmithed, potted, woodworked, and much more), an avid cyclist (most recent highlight: taking part in a Tour de France stage), have a light-green thumb, and love spending time with those dearest to me.
