Privacy

This page describes what this website itself collects and does with data – it doesn't yet cover the coaching engagement itself (e.g. how session content or Hogan Assessment results are handled). A fuller policy covering that is tracked separately; see issue #14.

Contact and Discovery Call forms

When you submit the contact form or the qualifying form on the Book a Call page, the name, email address, and any message you write are sent by email to Max Encke via Resend, an email delivery service. That email arrives directly in Max's inbox – it isn't stored in a database, added to a CRM, or shared with anyone else. It's used only to respond to you.

Booking a call

The Discovery Call booking calendar is provided by Google Calendar. Anything you enter there (your name, email, and chosen time) is handled under Google's own privacy terms, not this site's – this site only links or embeds that calendar, it doesn't receive or store your booking details itself.

Analytics

This site uses Vercel Analytics to understand overall traffic (e.g. how many people visit a page). It's cookieless and doesn't collect or store any personal information about you individually – it can't identify you or track you across other sites.

Cookies

This site doesn't set any cookies of its own. It doesn't use advertising, tracking, or third-party cookies.
