A coaching engagement with me usually looks like this:
A free 30-minute Discovery Call to see if we're a fit.
Sessions of 50 minutes, every 2 to 4 weeks (we agree the cadence based on what works for you).
Engagements can be one-off, or a 3 to 6 month programme of work.
In between sessions, I'm available by message for short check-ins or thinking out loud.
I lean on questions more than advice. The goal is to help you reach your own clarity, not to hand you mine.
I bring tools when they help. The Hogan, in particular, is something I use often when clients want structured insight into how they show up.
I draw on my time inside startups. I know the rhythm of fast-growth companies, and what good and bad management actually look like at scale.
I expect you to do the work between sessions. The hour we spend together matters less than what you do with it afterwards.
Pricing depends on the type of engagement and whether you're paying privately or through your company. I'll share specifics on the Discovery Call once we've talked through what you're looking for.
